A long ago time above. got me thinking about some stuff. First how I miss working out with good friends like Ken, and miss working out and having fun. I have put the 1/2 marathon out to the peeps. we shall see who come with on this years journey.
1.5 mile run
40 min walk
2 sets of 10 pull ups

tabta squats
tabta push ups ( hand release on the bottom)

So ran a bit farther then I was supposed to. 3 miles opposed to 2. Not really a big deal, just felt like 10. Wow have I gotten out of running shape. oh well keep on kicking is what I think
did some basic strength stuff after words
